Data deletion instructions
At ampd, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and personal information.

How to request data deletion
If you would like to delete your ampd account and associated personal data, please send an email to support@ampd.world with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the following information:
Full Name
Registered Email Address
Account Type (Creator, Brand, or Agency)

What happens after your request
Once we verify your identity and process your request, we will:
Delete or anonymise your personal information
We remove your personal information from our active systems.
Remove your profile
Your profile is removed from visibility on the platform.
Disconnect linked accounts
Any linked social media accounts are disconnected.
Close your account
We close your ampd account and disable access to the Services.

Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
Financial and payment records
Records required under applicable tax and accounting laws.
Fraud prevention and legal compliance
Information necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Backup records
Backup records retained for a limited period as part of disaster recovery processes.
Any retained information will only be used for the purposes for which retention is legally required or permitted.

Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable laws.
